Water is essential for human life. An average person should drink not less than eight glasses of water daily. This prevents dehydration and keeps the body rejuvenated.

There are three important times for drinking water. You should take a glass of water immediately after waking up. This makes the body’s internal organs function properly.

Drink a glass of water just before taking a bath. This will help lower your blood pressure.

Take a glass of water before going to bed. This will lower the risk of experiencing a heart attack which mostly happens to many when they are asleep.
